Inhabitat: Last week the Inhabitat team was excited to attend The Green Depot opening party in New York City. The new flagship Green Depot retail store, located on the Bowery, is the Brooklyn-based companys first foray into retail destination. As a supplier of eco-friendly building materials, the company has been operating since 2005 through its showrooms and warehouse in Brooklyn, and is somewhat like a green version of Home Depot.
