Gizmodo: If you want to make delicious bread out of rice, you normally have to get rice flour and work from there. But with the Sanyo Gopan rice bread machine, all you have to do is pour in handfuls of rice. Of course you need to pour in the other bread ingredients too, but the point is that the Gopan will turn rice into bread without requiring you to hunt for pricey rice flour. Instead the machine turns grains of rice into a paste which is blended with the other ingredients and then baked into some yummy goodness.
